Yes. I finally got it to work. It ended up being just a small “glitch” on the laptop side. Got it figured out though and now i have access to the NOAA radio frequencies and the rest of the legal frequencies we are allowed. Thanks for the help though.

Sorry i should have specified. Open all of the LEGAL frequencies. For some reason it comes with a narrow band of frequency from the factory but has a paper in the box stating what you have to do to unlock the rest of the legal frequency. I got it worked out though. It ended up being a software...
