Found this tower in Shawnee State Forest near Otway Ohio. Otway also has a covered bridge. The tower is open to climb. I think a it’s on google maps as Shawnee fire tower.

I’ve found gravelmap.com helpful in finding places to softroad. I drive a 2018 Ford Escape so have to be careful. We’ve found some great places to explore in southern Ohio. It’s fun to be out and only pass people in side by sides and quads.

I have an Escape and often while softroading I find myself surrounded by only jeeps and side by sides. A couple weekends ago it snowed here in southern Ohio and we went out exploring. We saw about four side by sides. Those folks looked miserably cold. And there we were on heated seats. Lol...
