Who all carries binoculars with them? I feel like it's a pretty common thing but I don't really see it mentioned when talking about gear we carry. I have an old set of Gemini model 435s that I'm carrying right now, but I'm looking to upgrade. Mainly looking at the vortex raptor series. I'd like...
I carry a stihl ms170 most of the time. It's pretty small and light so it doesn't take up a ton of space. Can be had for under $200 at pretty much any stihl dealer also. If I think I'll need it and have the room I'll break out my stihl 041av with a 20" bar. Is overkill for most stuff in my area...
This is a piece of gear I've never really seen in an overland load out but I feel would be extremely useful and it could definitely save you from being in a bad situation if the need arises.
I work as a mechanic daily so I spend lots of time on tool trucks, that's where I found this little...

a little back story before we get into the real build stuff. This is a 1996 Mercedes benz C220. This is probably the last vehicle to be built as an overland vehicle but I have some good arguments as to why I'm doing this.
The first founding principle of overland bound is; Overlanding is...
I'm looking for some recommendations on a good handheld radio setup. I do a lot of hiking so I'd like something that could perform double duty as a hiking radio and an overland radio. I was considering handheld cb's but I wasn't sure if there was a better option out there. I plan on adding a cb...
Hey guys, my name is Tanner(if you couldn't tell by my user name). I currently drive a 94 jeep yj, it's not a super common overland vehicle but I like different and it's very capable Offroad. I'm from Chickasha Oklahoma. I've only been "overlanding" for a couple months now, haven't done much...
