2016 Toyota Tundra Multi Phase Build

How many miles are you doing in those 6-8months? A BBK isnt going to makes your pads and rotors last longer, just make your break package more fade resistant. I know on my Raptor with my current pad selection i could probably do rotors every year and pads every 2 but they're super aggressive...

The Ruff stuff one should basically you run the torsion bar in a piece of tube run between frame rails either in front or behind the axle then choose your arm length to suite your mounting position. Looking at their site again it looks like you have to call them and they will set you up a...

No but they also didnt come with that much suspension travel, or long soft flexy leaf springs. Ruff stuff sells sway bar kits if the sway bar of the 2wd truck doesn't work out for you. It might also be easier to package then repurposing a factory sway bar.

That switch panel looks great. I would build an engine cage to tie into your shock hoops as this slows them to brace each other but also adds rigidity to the frame via triangulation.

Cant say I'm a fan of that bumper but I understand the practicality of having a winch when your out and about by yourself. Instead of a lift I would look at a threaded spring sleeve and a set of gieser bros springs and a rear leaf pack, as these truck already have a 2" lift block in the rear...

2016 Toyota Tundra Multi Phase Build

The other option would be to go with a very aggressive brake pad from someone like carbotech or hawk. Thats what I've done in my Raptor but the trade off with doing that is the more aggressive the brake pad the more dust and noise you're going to have to deal with, pad and rotor replacement will...

    Darthyota's Raptor Build

Yes all those welds have filler wire added. Theres nothing wrong with an autogenous weld as long as your joint geometry has planned for it. The biggest thing with tig and getting it to look nice is practice practice practice, you dont even need to be welding to practice. Theres some good videos...
