My grandpa had a 71 C/10 with three tanks, 22 in the cab, 11 under a rear fender below the bed, and a 66 gallon custom built unit against the front of the bed. Range was important to him, rockhounding in the west.

I went a long time with the single jump seat in the back. When I acquired the other half of the wonder twins, it had no rear interior at all. Just the excuse I needed to pull the rest out of thecopcar.
The platform is 30” front to back, and 22” wide. I should be able to strap one in lengthwise and be able to get to it from either side.

Where did you see this? My wife has a Big Bend 4 door reserved and has heard nothing yet, so I’ve been guessing the demand was much higher than anticipated.
