    Looking at it, the top seems pretty well mounted. The suction cups help stabilize the bottom edge. It’s an interesting approach for sure.

    My teardrop is around 1500-1600 loaded. I have 2000# leaf springs with no shocks. It settled down quite a bit when I got rid of “trailer” tires and put some P radials on it.

    Timbren will do 3500# axles with 2000# snubbers in them. Several on the teardrop forum have gone that route.

    I’ve seen them in all manner of alignment and still work fine. Depending on the antenna, you might have to do some manual adjustment to the antenna center contact to get it to touch the NMO center button.
