I would guess your best removable option would be those crossbars that clip to the gutter. Then you can permanently run your wiring on the main rack and keep a 2ft pigtail or so that way you can unplug the panel and fold that wiring back and just ziptie/velcro strap it from whipping around in...

I would expect Explorer III to approve itself automatically, but it may take extra time. Are you certain you have suggested edits on 10+ POIs? I believe it needs to be on other people's POIs and not your own of course.

I would probably just bolt on a DIY mount with some extra height to it. All you need is a pair of metal plates with some holes. Do you have pictures? What kind of rack are you working with?

Are you referring to Expedition Master III? That relates to winching techniques, it has nothing to do with how many POIs you've added. Could you be thinking of a different trophy name?
