Glad to hear your switch panel lights aren’t too bright... after relooking at your switches, you aren’t using the same kind mine are... mine have led backlights for night time use... that’s why I am wiring the backlight to the dimmer control.

Did you tie the LEDs into the dash dimmer wires coming out of the dimmer switch? (Usually a orange wire to the stereo)

I also have generic FMRS radios, and a couple of unused CB’s that I’ve rigged into mobile units.
