I used my edge evolution programmer... but you if you don't want to program your vehicle there are other options. you can use Forscan. it allows you to change a lot of parameters with your vehicle... -Raul

I have no experience with the Yakima but I did have the Frontrunner bed rack on my truck and it was great.

Non skids plate yet. but I'm also very particular on which trails I take. I prob will end up going with the RCI system but havnt decided yet. -Raul

I would say there is about 2-3" of wasted space underneath it... but you lose a lot between both drawers and on the ends.... I have my truck with me right now let me take a picture so you can see...

So I received my pink slip a few weeks ago... I also hit a milestone with 91k miles on the rig now. Lately I have been using the rig for work so I took off the tent and my back seat is full of tools. I'm really tempted of going back with a shell so I can store all my tools in the bed.

before the rack system on my F150 I had a shell on the truck. I have the decked drawers and used it as a sleeping platform. I used a 3" memory foam matress topper and cut it to size. I could sleep 3 comfortably in there.. Just a thought -Raul

I pack it out... I use Restop bags... self contained poop and pee bags... I throw everything in my trasharroo in a separate trash bag and throw it away when I get home
