I assumed you had to use the Luna burner because it runs pure propane whereas the rest of the Jetboils use the isobutane/propane mix?

Thanks for the info. The ignitor is definitely not a deal breaker for me, frankly, the ignitors never work for me on anything, except the Jetboil!

    Camp Stove

Thanks for the info on this stove, I love the idea of having one propane source to power the stove and jetboil. I do the same, Jetboil for coffee while making breakfast on the stove. Simmer control is an issue with my Coleman, so it's good to hear this one simmers well. -Dave

What means of communication do you have available?

Just added a Midland MXT115 GMRS to my collection of radios, 15 watts and is repeater capable. Got to say, for a small unit, it's really beefy feeling, even the mic is a cast metal versus all the plastic ones these days. I don't travel with to many folks with Ham, so GMRS and CB works for me...

What do you use? Ham radio or CB radio?

I run CB and GMRS/FRS depending on the group I'm traveling with and sometimes both simultaneously. I have a couple/few FRS/GMRS handhelds for myself or others to use. When I have time to study and take the test I may add HAM in the future. The nice thing about both CB and GMRS is the zero...

Where/How are you mounting your Baofeng handheld?

I use the Kiddmen57 mount, works great. Also, for those of you with the Baofeng remote mic, the mic holes in the face of the mic are offset from where the mic actually sits in the unit. If you take it apart and drill a small hole where the mic is, any transmission issues will be resolved...

    Rhino Rack

If you want to take your roof off, last I heard Frontrunner isn't designed to do that easily. Also, keep in mind to install the Frontrunner on a JKU you will be drilling 16 22mm holes in your roof!!!!
