    Honda fit, Toyota corolla of ANY year, the outback will be better than low 20s if it's a newer one. The brand new model gets 37 on highway 31-32 in town. My son has a 2007 Toyota corolla and it goes forever on a tank of gas.

    I pulled fuse 35 too to stop the abs pump from activating until my appointment with the mechanic. At least I can drive that way ha ha.

    two rear wheel bearings are toast. No noise that I could hear, but had her scanned and all sensors are good and the bearing are bad. Oh well, in the shop next week for some repairs.

    What is your favorite Go-To knife for overlanding.

    Good knives are hard to get locally. I have a Gerber bear Grylls foldable for my EDC and a BG fixed blade in the Jeep all the time with a fiskers mini axe. They work as a perfect combo for us.

    talk your group into not just going to the bay of fundy. Keep heading east and visit Newfoundland while you are over this way! You won't regret it. I know lots of back country routes for central part of the island so you won't have to black slab it. :grinning:
