Just be mindful of the weather, check with the park services for those areas... some parks shut down on October 31st. Some forest roads close to automobiles in November 1st. So check weather conditions, make sure places you want to go are open, and lastly be prepared for the unexpected. Have...
Wen are you planning on coming out west. We have a snow front setting on top of us for the next week or so. My best friend in SD said they are getting hammered and had to shut down his farming operations for the year already (typically they run until the first week of December).

Of course you can reach out to myself, or any of the northwest member representative team for local information. Parts of the northwest are being hit harder than others in this pandemic... where I live it’s statistically more probable to get trampled by a raging bull than getting the virus...

I created a Rally Point today using the OB1 App. The whole process went very smoothly until I went to view the Rally Point in the Overland Bound Meetups forum. The description of the meetup was there, but no link back to the actual RP where critical information for the meetup is listed...
I’m pretty sure I first learned of the T.W.A.T on a Wisconsin state literature page for backpacking as I was researching backpacking trips a crossed the US a couple of years back.
