If the Weboost can locate a cell tower, it may boost the cell signal enough to stream tunes. However, if it can't, the low signal won't be increased. While I drive into the mountains, the Weboost stays on to keep the signal in a good range in case I have problems.

You are quite welcome. My previous Outback had its HAM antenna on its hood, and the wiring went through the firewall on the driver's side.

Which antenna are you referring to? If you are referring to my small antenna on the roof, that is my Surecall. Its cable is through a grommet in the car. If you are referring to my ham radio's antenna, it is running through the car's firewall.

My previous OB is a tough act to follow with everything that I have done with it.
