Hi Marc - it looks like you used a different email address to make your purchase in the store. That breaks everything. Log in to the store with your different email address which I dont want to post publicly - if you are unsure which one it is, PM me! Cheers! M

Hi Jim - same happens with preview consistently? Clear the possibility of internet connectivity and things of that nature. Try again in a new browser tab after clearing cache. Does the page indicate you are loged in correctly here: I'm just trying to clear the basics before we dive in...

We do need help! The kind of help is specific, and we currently have a 12 person engineering team charging ahead. I think it would be difficult to integrate with that team, but there are "corners" of the project we might take advice with. Mapping data integration is a huge one for example.

You absolutely do not have to pay to be involved with the community and be on our forums.

Is this still happening?
