I am just getting in to the Comms portions of things and will be getting my HAM licences in the near future as of right now I am thinking getting a GMRS and CB radio in the truck would probably be a good idea as well as a few handheld GMRS radios what does everyone use? and how do you mount...- Docrandy

8 Lug wheels and tires
So as I continue to plan out the Ram build I have gotten to wheels and tires I am looking at AEV for wheels as I want to go down to a 17" wheel from the factory 18"s I will mostlikley be going with 35s until I can do the AEV lift, gears and lockers in a year or two then will move up to 40s. that might be true in the smaller trucks like you seem to have and have mentioned however with the transmissions on the full size trucks and especially the 2500 and up trucks like this sub forum is for that is not the case and 4.10s are just fine for most applications with 37s!- Docrandy
