I contacted the park ranger and he hopes to have the restroom's open in the day use area this weekend. No guaranties though. He said one of them has a broken sink and wont be open, the other, people keep clogging the toilet, and he hopes to have it open.

All of the restrooms are locked with out of order signs

I will ride out there today and see if the restroom is unlocked. I will report back later
