    the trails are pretty clear for most part. we only have kO2s no mud tires. did just fine. i put in 4 hi once rest in 2 wd. there are some wash out spots with goey puddles here and there but not many per trail. there is a rough spot atthe begining of one trail that may give lower and longer...

    Maps

    depends on state your going to. funtreks has some great books showing what trails are rated by easy to hard. if you use a garmin they sell same maps in an sd card. but either way is fine. i use either waze or google maps to get there the gaia for the trail saved. experiment see which works best...

    Tire size opinions wanted

    well if you go international way. smaller rims say a 15 then add more tire a big side wall to air down with helps , but agreed on most of the response go beefy tread. if a 285 will fit.
