Picked it up this morning, and was well pleased. Guy cut and welded the fenders on and then painted them. All for $80. It tows like a dream with the larger tires/wheels and has about 6" more ground clearance than the GX.

There are RTT's that mount directly to the gutters without the need for a roof rack. Also, aluminum hard shell RTT designs save significant weight and less road height. Food for thought.

Fenders finally arrived today., almost a month it took.

I have a 52 qt ARB and it has been the ideal size for multi day trips. Pay attention how the fridge lid deploys. My one complaint about the ARB, lid always crashing on my head...wish it opened to the side.

We have the Solo Bonfire loaded on the RTT trailer but it was just too big to store when using our Winnebago Drop. The Ranger solved that problem at 15" in diameter and only 12 1/2" high. Bear was in the photo to add perspective...wore him out. This will be just right for Duraflame logs.

Fenders ordered from Northern Tool and will be here next week. Found a U-bolt spare tire mount from eTrailer for $12 and mounted it earlier this week. Small steps but still progress.

Nice Snowman. got a couple similar to that made by Leki. They're OK on level ground, but a little tipsy on rough ground. Still pretty comfortable and fit in a bag just like yours. Odds are they were both made in the same factory in China. :smiley:
