Ok. I see what you mean. Did it for me too. If you go to the Rally Point tab at the top and make your way to the Rally Point from that end, it's there. Not sure why the link in the first message isn't working. edit: I think I fixed it.

I think you'll be fine. Having good tires will be key. The trail I'm thinking has some very steep ups and downs, and clearance will be less of an issue.

Welcome from the North Bay. We have monthly meet-ups in Rohnert Park, or the occasional outdoor excursion up to Mendo NF north of Clearlake. Usually around the 3rd week of the month.

Unfortunately I’ve been called into work tomorrow and won’t be able to make it. But go and plan a trip!

We've done a couple of trips 2-3 day trips just north of here in Mendocino NF/Snow Mountain NM area. They're both only about 1.5 hours from Santa Rosa. Most of us work full-time, so we understand the time constraints.

Sports Basement has 1lb tanks you can buy and when done, return it for a full one for free. You have to use their tanks and make sure to keep the plastic lid thing.

we'll keep having them. I'm hoping to plan another trip for August. Not sure where, but somewhere. I'll have my truck back after a 2 month hiatus waiting for it to get repaired after getting hit by another vehicle at the end of the last trip.
