Yes. I found the place to add my own gpx, so I think I am close. Without logging, I can't really debug the generic error though.
I can email support if needed, but I wanted to rule out a user issue first, since I am not even sure if I am doing this correctly.
Hello,
I was looking at adding the Oklahoma Adventure Trail (or expecting to find it already available) but have no idea what I am doing.
How can I do this? Can I import or otherwise?
Thanks
I hear ya! I mostly use it for poking at the forum from my phone, but was thinking with the built in features there must be a way to do it and reduce the number of apps I need.
Is there a way to find, or import, the OAT into the map / trails feature of OB? I think I have turned on all the trail features and it's as if oklahoma has never been explored by anyone.
Thanks for the lead! I will start watching that site too.
I am aware they tend to be spendy for their age, but $30k for a good one is much cheaper than current strategy of buying and modding a new $65-70k truck every 3-4 years. Part of the plan is to get something cheaper than my current driver...
Hey folks,
I am looking for leads on a Centurion C250/C350, preferably diesel and running, but I am likely going to need to do some work on anything a couple decades old. I used to drive an F-250 from the early 90s for work occasionally and think it would be a great vehicle for my needs.

This is a great and simple solution for Ram owners. Not enough love for the bed option that I have seen. You didn't show a photo, but I assume that the boxes still function?
I will second the response, as far as this community is concerned you are more likely to have feedback on the legal side of the fence then that on the pirate radio side. Even the folks that choose to open sail are not likely to admit or encourage it on an open platform which may be traced back...
Icom has android (and maybe iPhone?) software to drive some of their radios. I have to use a data cable for my HT since it doesn't have bluetooth (needs a refresh!), but this might be interesting for someone to play with.
I have a dual band roll up antenna from CountyComm that has allowed me to get some crazy range by getting it rigged up high, even indoors using vaulted ceilings!
I am personally using my Icom ID-51a and a good roof mount antenna that I ran through a rubber gasket already in the passenger door jam. I run the charger, and have a suction cup mount inside my console. I work it using a hand mic.
I have been able to work everything I have needed, which I am...
Moving from Portland (Beaverton) Oregon to Tulsa (Catoosa) Oklahoma here at the end of the month to get back to my family and back to my roots. Looking forward to exploring the area after being out of the state for almost 20 years. Never really had the money or means as a kid to see much other...
I have an ID51a-Plus2 that I run at home and with a mobile mounted to my truck. D-Star is obviously the only side I have experience with based on my radio, but I find it very user friendly. I went this route so I could play with long distance comms without all the extra gear that may be an issue...
Another great source for visually driven folks is a youtube channel called Ham Radio Crash Course. This is a combination of static videos and livestreams, as well as a discord collaborate group. This guy purposely put the channel together to help support the hobby, including passing the exams...
Cobra has a GMRS / Marine HT which has the ability to attach a vehicle mounted antenna. This is because the device is not restricted by FRS regulations, and thus requires a GMRS license to operate. It's also around $100 per HT.
Since nobody touched on it specifically, one of the restrictions of...
Repeater Book is pretty much the best way I know of to find anything static to bark at via radio. There should be filters you can use to only display results that match your interests, including IRLP. It may just be that you don't have anything you can hit nearby.
Other than that, if you have...
You can get antennas that should be able to pull double duty - a silver lining in all this I suppose.
One to look into is the Comet CA-2x4SR. They not only fold over to lower clearance when not in use, but have a spring kit so it will handle tree encounters etc..
You can get them with a...
