    2005 4Runner V6

Yeah wouldn't that be awesome. Funny thing is I ordered mine from Prinsu, not CBI. CBI wanted $169 for shipping. So I checked to see if the shipping would be more reasonable if I ordered from Prinsu directly. Prinsu only charged me $85 for shipping. All my contacts and confirmation came...

    Bushcraft

I have an ESEE 5. Love it. I haven't used the bow drill divot yet. Ironically enough the bow drill divot was one of the reasons I bought it...

    2005 4Runner V6

Just looked at the Rocky Mountain rack. If you get the cross bars in black its $950. That's $50 more than I paid for my Prinsu.

    80/20 roof rack. Any advice?

Precisely why I went with Prinsu as well. Couldn't be happier. I too considered building it myself out of 80/20 but in the end the actual cost difference was not as much as I thought and I would not be able to replicate the side rails which is what makes the rack look so good IMHO. I really...

Raptor batwing wing 270.. Who has one??

I'm curious as well. Honestly the awning looks a little chinsy but the price is right. I wonder how well it stands up to wind. I currently have the ARB 2500 awning but have been looking at the 270 options. Was interested in the Kinsmen 270 awning I saw at Expo east this past fall but they were...

    Low Draw, USB Tent Fan

No worries, glad to help. Just a thought I use Miluakee cordless tools but I know that Dewalt, Makita, Hitachi and Ryobi make cordless fans as well so if your cordless tools are not Miluakee there are other options. I do like the Miluakee cordless tools though as they carry a 5 year warranty.

    Low Draw, USB Tent Fan

I haven't heard many good things about the little usb powered fans in terms of durability and power. I am considering getting a Miluakee 18v fan because I already have the batteries from my drill. It's also able to be run off A/C I think. So you could run it off an inverter.

What piece of gear made the biggest improvement to your experience?

Take a look at the Gazelle pop up tents. I have a T4 and love it.

US Midwest Ohio Valley Overland's Trans Hoosier Overland Route (T.H.O.R.)

The OP seems to have vanished. One post with a route but no other replies since. I hope this is still happening but I am beginning to wonder.

What is the last thing you bought and plan to buy?

Picked up a Hi-Lift mount this weekend and ordered some retractable ratchet straps for securing stuff to my Prinsu roof rack.

What Did You Do With Your Rig Today?

Test fitting a few things on my Prinsu roof rack.

What is the last thing you bought and plan to buy?

LOL haven't we all. My favorite is when I forget I ordered it and am surprised when it shows up!

Thinking of purchasing a GX 470

They are good trucks. Basically a 4Runner with a side swing tail gate. The drive train is bomb proof. They usually come with air suspension I believe. Not too much trouble to swap it out for conventional suspension if it has issues. Usually easier to find than a V8 4Runner.

    Camp Tents

I bought a Gazelle T4 based on the review from Michael and Corrie. I've used it a few times and couldn't be happier. Very well built and a heck of a value for the money.

First Snorkel Designed for the 4th Gen 4Runner

That's sexy! Curious why stainless over plastic? Most I have seen are plastic I think. Stainless is expensive and durable but seems overkill for this purpose. Any idea on the price or price range?
