Yes hahaha! Drove down it and all was smooth sailing, then just a few hours later on the way back up there were actually THREE trees down , but only one fell all the way across the road.
I’ve never seen anything pre-fabricated in America… However I have seen a few home fabrications on this and they appear to work very well. I was once upon a time looking for the same thing for my Tundra and was unable to find an existing solution.
Dude! I never even knew you did this post! Thanks for the awesome shout out! You can actually get this blanket directly from Overland Bound now!!

If you plan on sticking to pavement you’ll have no issues, but if you plan on going off road, I don’t recommend it. This of course would depend on the height of your hitch... if you’re a lifted full size truck, then you’d be fine on many forest roads, but certainly not all of them.

I didn’t do the whole thing, only about 350 miles of it. I recorded a bunch of video... I suppose I should go ahead and edit it all...
Howdy James!
Welcome! Thanks for reaching out. Your state representative (member rep) is Mason (Blue Line Overland) and he’s a great guy! Reach out to him, he’s always got stuff going on!

When I was “planning” on doing the TAT in 2018, nothing actually happened until my buddy told...
Welcome to the crew!!
We've got a decent amount of members in Tampa. You can look here: Map - Overland Bound
I think I need to put together a Rally Point for Tampa area before I leave for the Holidays...
Sorry for the late felt, I wasn’t getting notifications. By all means do it! You’ve got a lot of members around you! So go ahead and create a rally point!
Glad your here! There are currently no events, so I definitely urge you to create one. I’ve got one member in TN putting something on soon and one in GA. Check out the Rally Points on the site and create some get togethers!
You can do camping, coffee, good, beer, parking lot, etc. whatever gets...
That’s correct! Sorry for the late reply, somehow I seem to miss these notifications.
I did the TAT from WV to MS. It’s awesome and I highly recommend it. I did it on a motorcycle, so if you’re in a 4x4, you’ll have no problems.
That’s great! I literally just drive by you on my way home to
I would do a Rally Point. You can start off with a Rigs n’ Coffee or beer or food. You can even do a parking lot if you have permission to use it. I recommend having close access to a bathroom though. You don’t have to do camping...
Nothing specifically set up just yet, but I've got a couple of meetups in the works. I'm out of town for the next 3 weeks, but I want to do a Tampa meetup when I get back and we're potentially going to do a whole Southeast meetup.
