I used a lot of glue - appreciate the pointer. Won’t travel with it pressurized, only at base camp. That’s the purpose of the pressure release valve (relieve pressure before travel).

ABS pipe can leech chemicals into the water with heat and UV exposure. Pressure can be hand pump, bike pump or in my case, PowerTank CO2 system.

There was an issue with 8-speed transmission shutter which can be fixed by flush and replacement of transmission fluid. There was a service bulletin for that issue. Mine never had that problem. And YES - front and rear e-Locker standard in the ZR2!!

Thanks. Thats custom made by me from 3/16” aluminum. Had to hide some front bumper license plate bracket holes AND wanted more protection for the bumper cover. Win-win!

Did install a hidden winch; no plans to level or regear at this time. Maybe when tires need changed.

Only ran that indigo blue one model year - 2017. Current blue is a lighter metallic blue, not to my liking. Appreciate the reply!
