Next time for sure

Short(4 hour) trip this weekend SW of Carlsbad NM

Well we have a River(pecos) that runs through so there are a ton of trails that go up and down it. Then you have the Guadalupe mountains to the west! Then the hills to the south.. Ive not really "overlanded" these areas but have done 4-8 hour scouting and exploring.

Ahh Gotcha... thats out of my range at the moment :)

Hmm... not familiar with those locations.

Ya man. I got a group of friends and family that hit a trail every so often here. We are WAY behind in all the "overland" gear but we still go out and hit some small trails around here.
