Still mostly stock but loving my 2021 Venture edition 4runner.

Sliders are finally installed. Fit really nice. I won’t have to worry about damaging my rockers or doors so much now.

These sliders clamp all the way around the frame and will be easy to take off and on for any repairs. They tuck up very close to the rockers I had to notch them so they don’t hit the pinch weld area of the rockers.

Finally getting the rock sliders finished up. They just need sandblasted and painted.

I also found a new set of the factory tub style floor mats from another local 4runner owner. I now have 3 different types of floor mats but will likely only use these new ones. I just used a picture I found online so I could continue sitting and drinking coffee.

Had my 4runner out on some back roads. Most of the snow is finally gone.

I started to add some amber spot / fog lights on my 4Runner tonight. Also added a Toyota nameplate from an FJcruiser grille I had laying around in my garage.

Yes they hang down fairly low

They would not be great for any larger rocks or medium to heavy off road driving.

I like they proven systems and the look of the 5th gen. 2021 did offer a few nice modern updates also which is why we decided to go with new instead of one a couple years old.

i am going to feel spoiled with this 4Runner. It Comes with so many features that I would normally have to add onto most vehicles. Has KDSS sway bar system which sounds like a great feature and has all of the other TRD OffRoad goodies. I won't be doing any real heavy off-roading with it...
