Fabricators Help!!! What size metal for RTT rack on trailer?

Yes, I used .06” wall. The trailer has been all through Arizona, Colorado, Utah (including the Lockhart Basin Trail). It depends on how it is engineered. Stick a RTT on the top of four poles without triangulation and it will fail. If you want me to look over your plans we can exchange emails.

    Our LX470 (Ellie 2)

Received my springs Thursday direct from King. Super fast delivery (ordered them on Sunday). Headed to the mechanic on Monday to have them installed then off to Baja for a four day run around San Felipe. I hope they cure my problem when I am fully loaded.

Where did you get the King spring? I am in California and the only source I can find is in Australia. 2007 LX470 w/AHC. Won’t stay lifted when fully loaded. Mark D #2100

Ask About OB1, The Overland Bound App

What does everyone use to convert a KMZ (google earth) to GPX (OB1)? I see several online converters, which one is safe?

Thanks Rose. It looks like that glitch that Jim found (the problem I was having making locations private) might be the reason I am not seeing the “delete” button on the bottom left. When I create them as “private” I am receiving the notice that they have been submitted for approval, when I go...

Ask About OB1, The Overland Bound App

As I make my way through the “OB1 Nuts and Bolts” videos on YouTube I have not run into directions on how to delete a location or trial. Please Michael, make more of these videos and put a sticky link here in this thread of the forum. Thanks!

What did you find out? I am also planning a trip to the North Rim and I can’t find anything in the map section of the app. Thanks

Ask About OB1, The Overland Bound App

Thanks Jim. It happened again, and I made sure I hit the private button but it still went in for approval. Sorry to clog up the forum (maybe private messages would be better?) how do I delete the trails once they are created? I searched through a few of Michael’s videos and did not see that...

Ask About OB1, The Overland Bound App

. Yes, that sounds like what happened to me. When I went back to the two test trails I noticed the label had changed to “public” which would have send them for approval. Thanks.
