I really don’t overland me and my boys we fish and we camp. We use a 2006 Suburban to get there and when the whole family goes we pull a 2013 14ft enclosed trailer. Wife and I sleep on cots inside and the boys use a Kelty family tent with typical gear.

If the small bass put a grin on your face start researching carp. Olive buggers will work on probably every thing that swims. Overlanding to me is just the mean's necessary to haul gear to the body of water or the sage brush to hunt.

Thanks for the replies. I like the idea of a dual use fire pit. Basically real fire when it is safe and propane at this time of year when restrictions are high or you just dont want to deal with fire tending.
