OB Approved Overland Safety: Fire Extinguishers

I totally agree. Our aircraft all use Halon based pots protecting millions of dollars of exotic metals and hard to replace or irreplaceable parts. You have to protect your life and property the best way you can. Purple K is not allowed into our hangars nor around our aircraft, period.

OB Approved Overland Safety: Fire Extinguishers

I did not see where @bshagopian talked about Purple-K but I would seriously read up on the properties of Purple-K before buying, using, or recommending it. Like I stated before in this thread, it is highly corrosive to aluminum. We took down all 12 of our Purple-K extinguishers in our hangars...

Need Help about Overland Expo West 2019

Along with my failing memory and misplacing the brochures I collected at Expo West this year, I cannot remember the name of the company that provides windows, doors, vents, etc... for DIY trailer, camper, or habitat builders. They were on the end of one of the rows close to where the featured...

US Southwest DFW Monthly Recurring Overland Bound Meet - August 2019

I contacted a Amateur radio club in Plano and they were all about the traditional/conventional route, taking way too long to hold my attention. Michael, at Overland Bound, put out a video some time back explaining a event called a Ham Cram where people meet...

That looks like the parking lot in front of Uncle Buck's at Bass Pro Shops in Grapevine, Texas. Rallypoint says the meet-up is at Humperdink's in Arlington, correct?

    Small Propane Tanks

When I bought my trailer it had a small tank mounted to the back of the passenger fender. I bought an extra 11lb tank so as not to run out. Coming back from Overland West I took the slow route through southern Colorado, cooked every night and day, heated water for showers, let the lantern run...

    Old Vehicles.

I am reworking a V6 Dauntless now for a CJ-6 build I am doing for my brother. I am anxious to get it running because I'm told they sound like little tractors and for some reason the odd firing order contributes to its sound.

This is what I was referring to, which of these two connections do you like best?
