    Come towards Chama on 64. Hopewell is a nice spot within the Carson. FR91 is great to explore and you can find your way to Kiowa lookout, that’s always a treasure. The acting dept. Forest Sup’s husband manages a ranch out here and above it on the CO side is the headwaters of the Rio Chama

    I run KM3’s on my work truck (3’rd set) and I love them as they have helped me avoid some sticky situations. My co worker has the Duratrac’s on his and they have performed comparably well.     Sorry I missed the trip. Look for the Kiowa Lookout when you do that route again. It's worth the extra time. 36.587081 x -106.117781 will get you to the turnoff towards the lookout.

    BINGO! That's exactly the idea! Ending up in Ouray on Monday when the crowds have disbursed. Not sure if we are hitting the rally point in Alamosa the following weekend but sounds like it will be fun too.
