    My 2007 Landcruiser!

Yes, there is a land cruiser importer who has 60, 70 and 80 series land cruisers, primarily from Japan (steering wheel on the right). Maybe in 3 years I will be able to get a 90 series from the Netherlands with the steering wheel on the left side. We will see. I currently operate out of a gas...

    My 2007 Landcruiser!

Is that a gas or diesel cruiser? Not sure what is available in the Netherlands. If you guys have left hand drive diesel land cruisers, may be a potential import source. In the states, if we want a diesel cruiser, we have to import one that is at least 25 years old. Most of the diesel...

Who's stock, and not planning to gear up?

I had a 2014 Tacoma TRD Offroad that was bone stock. It was quite capable in its stock form. I did many trails with it in stock form. I primarily didn't modify it because I was still paying for it and couldn't afford anything. Well, that vehicle was totaled in April. Insurance paid out...

    DIY Portable Camp Kitchen

These look awesome. We had something similar when I was in Boy Scouts years ago. I tried my hand at making one in my 20's. I chose to make it out of oak plywood and it weighed a TON. Things also did not line up quite right. I have since given it away. I am just not skilled enough with wood...

    Jeep XJ Fuel Tank Upgrade

I got some good advice on some of the other forums, wanted to close the loop here. The FuelLink sensor can convert any sender unit ohms to any fuel gauge ohms. It can also be customized if you have an oddball sending unit or fuel gauge. Simple solution for only $135. Also, it's not vehicle...

    Jeep XJ Fuel Tank Upgrade

    3. That leaves option 3, which is the point of this whole post. There has to be some way to adapt or convert the new tank and fuel-sending unit with the old fuel gauge. I have thought of a couple of possibilities and am looking to you guys to help me brainstorm and offer advice or suggestions...

    Jeep XJ Fuel Tank Upgrade

    2. I can buy an aftermarket fuel gauge that is designed for the 240/33 ohms system. AutoMeter makes plenty of gauges that would work. I currently have the AutoMeter dual A-Pillar pod. The top pod has this transmission temperature gauge mounted: AutoMeter also make a matching fuel...

    Jeep XJ Fuel Tank Upgrade

Here is my issue. The new tank requires the newer (1997+) fuel-sending unit. As I understand it, the 1992 Jeep Cherokee sending unit and fuel gauge are 0 ohms empty, 90 ohms full. The new (1997+) fuel-sending units are 240 ohms empty, 33 ohms full. Please correct me if I am wrong with these...

    Jeep XJ Fuel Tank Upgrade

Hey all, having a bit of a fuel system issue, hoping someone here can help. I know this is an overland forum, and not Jeep XJ specific, but I’m hoping someone has upgraded to a larger Jeep XJ tank as well. I am also posting this at cherokeeforum.com to try and get all the info I can. Here is...

Where did you install your OB emblem?

I think I'm gonna place mine on the front driver side quarter panel. I'm waiting to paint the rig first.

2017 4runner TRD Off Road build "Hyperion"

Looking great. I was hoping my wife would get a 4Runner, but she ended up choosing a Toyota Sequoia. Nice and big for the family, but a little too big for overlanding and trails.
