SALINE VALLEY HOT SPRINGS??

hello every one, any one know if saline valley is open , did check nps.gov and shows open , has any one been there lately and how's the road ?
thank you
Yes it is open, was there about 5 months ago. It about 33 miles in on Saline Valley Road coming from the north side (Big Pine). Road is rough, some wash outs, sharp rocks! Only saw 1 person while I was driving in. SERIOUS ADVICE: 4wd, high clearance, off road tires, full size spare, tools, compressor, and ELB. Did see one stock van at the hot springs, if my vehicle was stock would think twice before I ventured out there or went with someone. Also download map no cell service in the area. FYI - this is a "clothing optional area" when I pulled in I noticed a few folks exercising that option. Not necessarily my thing but does not bother me either.

Soaked in the pool with a bottle of wine and watched the sun set. Great way to end the day.
