The Atmospheric river weather train keeps on pounding here in Central California... one after another... after another...

Granted not a great photo, but my first ever real funnel cloud…

Years ago I was an over the road truck driver. I used to love driving back and forth across the midwest... especially during the stormy seasons.
I was always looking for funnel clouds... and imagined more than a few... years I did this, until I actually watched a funnel cloud form... from beginning to end out in the west side of Nebraska.... Id finally checked it off my bucket list...
That day I saw 5 more as I drove across Nebraska...
I think I could have been a storm chaser in another life.

Really cool. Seen a couple, but more hurricanes having lived in Florida and LA (Lower Alabama)

I feel the same, I still track the weather daily, I’m just fascinated with it. It comes in handy since I organize most of my groups trips and I have gotten pretty decent at forecasting.

Just some random weather pics from over the years, two of these are from Tornado Damage

Because I do it so often myself, I don’t watch a bunch, but I occasionally will watch a few, Ryan Hall used to be on my radar a bunch, hehe, pun unintended, but not as much as of late, there are a few others I can’t remember now too.

We switch between Ryan Hall and Texas Storm Chasers for updates.
