I have JCR front and rear bumpers, currently working on designing a rear swing-out tire carrier to go onto my JCR bumper.

Hi, I have a Ram 2500 and I want to put the spare tire on a swing to go onto my fab4 bumper. I will use that space under the bed for an extra gas tank. It will be great to see your design and what type of material you used.
Thank you

I hope it's ok to reply to an old thread instead of making a new one.

I needed a couple of bumpers on my Willys for a 2 week trip to CO. I had a piece of 2X6 1/4" wall tube and use that to whip up a couple of bumpers, they each have 2 D rings that are reinforced and in line with the frame rails. The front bumper is also an air tank, has a winch mount and 2" receiver built in and holds 4 lights. The rear has a 7way RV plug, a 2" receiver and back-up lights.

I realize they're not as cool and they don't have the new generation lights that are out now but they have worked well for over 25 years and 100K miles.
