Can't see why not. Anything is possible depending on availabilty and skill level. Cutting a 4" hole in a fender takes balls tho. LOL.

My truck has a well known fording depth. In the mid west area, I can't get anywhere near that depth without getting stuck. It's fording capability exceeded it's traction, unless I was fording a paved road that was underwater (extremely rare). Loose wet mud, has no bite to it. Heck, my YJ would actually float for a while before sinking. Zero traction.
