I'm a big fan of sunflower seeds! BBQ flavored. I could stuff a handful in and just spit out the window! Haha
Also a big fan of coconut flakes mixed with nuts and dried fruit. Flavor packed and tasty also good for you!

Normally road trip means that any "good for me" foods are suspended and taking full advantage, when I stop for gas at some obscure little gas station/market I make a beeline in for a couple of these little gems!!! It's about the only time I eat them and they are indeed a guilty pleasure!! A little messy but so much fun!!!!!! ❤️ With my luke warm coffee in my travel mug - can't be beat!!!
I order them online when I'm in a pinch, they're so much cheaper than in the store.
One time I made a bunch of biscuits before a road trip. It was a good snack. Only they are all gone before my first fill up. :(. I just kept them in a baggie next to my jerky and pretended i was on a wagon trail.
