Fresh roasted is the only way to go. The canned ones are okay for a green chili stew burrito though. u-all keep talking about all this good food and I may have to crash the party.

My wife just roasted a ton of hatch chili's. We keep them in the fridge and put them on almost every meal.

Yup, iffen I was there I'd bring a bunch of food too. I love outdoor cooken ! Being a displaced Texan I'd have to have my pinto beans on the stove 24/7 along with all the makens for mexican food.
