Most lift up to 6500 lbs and 24"

I've been looking at the same thing. Just need to have a base and thing to lift the frame made. At least with most of them.

I've been looking at this one in particular just needs a plate on the vehicle side

Go to a junkyard and you can buy a few scissor jacks for that kind of money. Weld a nut on the drive tang and you have something you can work with pretty quickly using a battery powered impact or drill.
