@CQBSquirrel I would recommend a cb radio at the very least so you can stay in contact with the rest of the group while out on the trails. If you need help picking one out feel free to message me.

So I picked up a Midland 75-822 handheld with car adapter. So still looking for a antenna though.

You should be OK with that handheld on the trail. But I have a Firefly antenna with a tunable tip by firestick. What vehicle are you putting it on?

Do we need to make reservations at this campground?
I just ordered a CVT Mt Shasta rtt which should be here before then. What is everyone doing for camping?

@Wildland Outdoors posted something awhile back about not needing reservations. But I'm at work so don't have time to dig through the thread right now. Maybe he can give us a refresher on what he found out when he has a chance.

OK guys, i shipped out the replacement decals this morning.

If anyone else would like to purchase, let me know. I will also bring them with me to the event!
Thanks Jordan. I'll give you a few bucks at Redbird. Are you still planning on making it Friday?

Is anybody against us bringing our Chocolate Lab? We are wanting to use this as a trial run in camping with our dog. She is a very lovey dovey 4 year old. We will be attached at the hip to her the whole time as well.

And to clarify what I read in earlier post, since I'm coming in on the tail end of the planning. It costs $13 a night to camp at the campground we are staying at?
