Overland trailer for sale

I'm selling my custom built overland trailer and rtt. Family says we need a/c in Oklahoma summers. I built this trailer out of solid steel tubing and steel sheets. It has been on 3 week long trips to the mountains. The rtt has only been used for 2 weekend trips. The annex has never been used. The tent and annex are in new condition. The trailer is in excellent condition and garage kept. It includes:

-Tepui Kukenam 4 XL Ruggedized with annex new was $3200 with shipping
-20 gal water tank with on demand pump
-3 drawers
-LED cabin and spot lights interior and exterior
-built in battery and trickle charger
-3,500 pound axle
-3-Goodyear Wrangler tires size 235/75R15
-Hi-Lift jack
-2 gal Rotopax tank with locking mount
-sliding rear platform with 500lb slides
-2 propane tank mount (tanks not included)
-diamond plated tongue box
-spare tire
-dimensions: box: 89"x53"x32"
Total length: 13'6" x 76"x 76"

Have you sold your trailer yet? We were having a discussion about overlanding trailers in the Oklahoma Thread. And then I find this. Good Luck with sale. Understand A/C...my wife wont even talk about camping in Oklahoma summers.
