Looks like Chattanooga is the place to be! I love that area and have always enjoyed exploring down along the Tennesse River and by the museums, etc, as well as up on Lookout Mountain and the Battle Above the Clouds Civil War history.

I'll look you guys up next time I'm down that way if you'd like to go for a beer or go camping somewhere.
