Did a few miles on the dirt Devil today as my Sunday drive. They’ve posted a big sign right at the entrance to the frank Mayberry/ Ben fly road saying “no trespassing/no littering” and “no through traffic”.

I’m thinking someone probably ruined this for the rest of us.

I rode a good bit of it on Saturday with no issue, even stopped at the swimming hole at the creek and chatted with people for a bit and they were nothing but friendly.

I started on Dutch Hollow Potts Road and honestly after I turned on to Porters branch road I put the map up and just drove around on roads that struck my fancy.

GPS start location is 5899 Dutch Potts Hollow Rd, Santa Fe, TN 38482.

There's still some decent stream crossing areas if you have the map. However, the really fun parts are closed to through traffic now. I think I have a Gaia route. DM me if your interested.

I don't have any social media other than an instagram for some of my bushcraft stuff but I'm planning a trip in the next couple of weeks to go to LBL to the Turkey to do some camping for the weekend. We could prolly get a mini-meet together.
