Yep.. this is camp. Since my 'back to basics' approach, there is no more tent to setup. I park, slide the drivers seat forward and can be in bed within seconds.

Some pictures from our summer trip to northern Norway . With kayaks and RTT. A good mix of free camping and smal campgrounds. This was in late July, just before the midnight sun disappeared.

What roof rack do you use on your xterra? I have a pathfinder and I’m thinking a similar one would fit as they look like the same roof rails.

It's just the stock rack. I think the rails on the Xterra and Pathfinder are different anyway. Pathfinder has rectangular rails, right? Xterra has round rails.
Nothing beats getting away with the Wife and enjoying the outdoor life.

Last weekend at Cheslatta River Rapids and Cheslatta Falls in Central British Columbia.
Yes... this is camp. All setup. Keeping it simple! Now, I would have deployed the awning and a chair, but rain was in the forecast for the next morning, and I hate putting away the awning wet. I also had a tree stump to sit on here, so no need for chair. Currently roaming around British Columbia, Canada.
