These photos are of my adventures-

I have loved this roof top tent! It has housed me in the desert, the beach , the mountains, snow, and even up in Canada. I moved to a larger tent and listing this for half price price, new they are $1499. Can't ship it but willing to meet up in the east bay or Central Valley Area. I added some battery powered LED's under the edge for area lighting. There is some normal wear and tear, but it's 100% functional and the rainfly doesn't leak. What I like about this tent is that it's light and fits 2 adults great, I've had my 3 teenagers in there before. It can attach to most vehicle's roof bars, and yes you sleep up there.

The tent is about 95 lbs and roof racks have two numbers when it comes to weight: static and dynamic. Usually on roof racks you'll see 100-200 lb rating, which is a dynamic rating when the car is in motion. The static rating is much higher when you are parked as the weight transfers through the roof rack down to the A-pillars of the frame. Basically almost any car with a roof rack can carry this tent. It would be great for a Suburu or minivan, the telescopic ladder will adjust to fit any height up to 7ft. My kids love it because it feels like a treehouse and you aren't sleeping on rocks nor do you fold up a dirty tent when you break camp. I bought it at REI and here's their link:

Questions, just email

Overlandbound.com did a walk around recently about my truck, though the tent wasn't talked too much about, but adventure is necessary

Total side note I watched that video a week ago and love the truck and helped me figure out how to get around the rack and bed cover idea. I love the pull out drawer. Any chance I can get the plans for that? Love the truck best of luck selling the tent

Glad the video helped! I’ve learned a lot from others along the way too.

Regarding the drawer this link and the other listed will help:
