Hello Dave,
Now that an open road! No traffic. I have never been to South Dakota. Just wondering when it comes to great outdoor things to explore, what would be your suggestion if I would be traveling through that area. It looks beautiful!

I might have rolled through there before. I love it in that area! How far out of Ridgecrest is that do you think? There is so many great trails off of the 395.

Well, bad news. Those pics are nowhere near Ridgecrest. They are along 395 though. The first one is near Walker. The last two are on the Kelty Meadows trail near Mammoth.

I did a lot of fishing in the Walker river. Also the stream heading up toward Sonora Pass.
