Just a question. I placed an order May 22, 2025. It still hasn't arrived. I've sent emails, and have received zero response.

OB took my money right away, but I don't even get a "we're backordered" or anything.

So I'm taking it to the forums.

Where is my order?

I'm in the same boat. I ordered on May 29th and tried emailing and facebook messaging with no response. Came to the forums hoping for answers.

So how was my order - from May 22, 2025, ... 72 days ago - resolved?

...because I still don't have the stuff I ordered.

can you dispute on your CC? I did that once when a similar situation occurred with an online retailer and my money was refunded the next day. good luck.
I can ... but I want my stuff.

I'd like to think this is an anomaly, as I have always had GREAT service from the OB store. As a long-time member, I'd rather see them make this right and continue supporting the community. OB is a great idea and a fun community full of really excellent people.

I have been a member for a very long time (apparently, I joined almost 45,000 members ago!).
