Waving is pretty typical around our area. Trucks/Jeeps/Cars or the more and more common atv or utv since they are county road legal these days

Waving is hit or miss in my area...50/50 shot you will get a wave back. Love the soccer moms that just look at you like "why are you waving at me..what kind of creeper are you".

I usually wave to other rigs that seem like they're driven by an overlander. Sometimes though, since I'm in NJ, the wave back has less fingers....

I used to wave a lot more, when I first got my D2. Never got anything back, for the most part, so now I reserve it for when I am waved at.

I pretty much wave at any rig. Where i'm from its common courtesy to wave at folks whether they are in a truck or just hanging outside their house.

I wave at everyone except those damn people driving silver 4-Runners (only the ones with past experience in re-wire due to rats) lol

I wave at everyone! Even the Corvette crowd since they are religious about waving at other Corvette owners...had a few of them in the past and it stuck with me...so Yota's, Trucks, Jeeps, LR's...all get a wave...I am sure on our small island I am known as that weird guy who waves a lot!! hahaha.
