Does anyone know of a good starting point to string a route together to visit some of the more popular waterfalls in western NC? Does a route exist? I was thinking about exploring the Smokey Mountain 500 and seeing where that gets me to.

Check out some of the FSR in DuPont NF. There are several waterfalls in that area.
