Washington State trips?

Might be in the wrong area but I'm new...
Do any of you Winter overland in Washington State?

Looking at doing some light trips with my 3 kids (wife will probably not go)

I live in Eastern Washington right near the Cascade Mountains and we're already getting snow.
It's our first winter in our new home so we're not used to the area yet.

Nope, when the snow flies, camping ends unless we are going away from the snow. We still do a lot of trips, but hotels get the nod, not the tent.

We are spending a week in Moab at the end of November, and just rented a house. Wasn't that expensive.
