Washington State overlanders, want a Smokey the Bear license plate?

Washington State is considering offering a Smokey the Bear license plate.

"Proceeds from the special license plate sales will go to wildfire prevention and a program to support wildland firefighters."

They need at least 3,500 people to express interest in purchasing a plate. You can do so on this page without committing to buying anything.

If you like this idea and know others who would like to support wildland firefighters then spread the word.
