I got some stratchits too the long ones. They also made it were u can wind up an Velcro the tags and also the carabiner was up graded +1 for them
Nothing that stretches is going to be UV resistant.
While you are out and about overlanding pay attention to what exists in nature that can withstand the sun's rays year after year. You will find it is rocks. Nothing else holds up.
